1. This machine set is composed of extruder,three-roller
calendar,drag rolling machine,electric control cupboard.
2. The main parts such as screw, roller and die head adopt
38 CRMOALA alloy steel,which has been given nitrogen treatment
and has such advantages as .abrasive resistanceand anti-corrosion.
3. The inside part of the die head is especially desgned
so to make sheet have smooth surface and average thickness.
4. It adopts motor up-down devices for replacing tilter
net in the part of the die head ,so as to make operation
easy and imorove production efficiency.
