TB series coating (laminating) machine is mainly used for producing curatorial plaster and some medicament of Chinese traditional medicine through skin (such as rubber plaster, cloth plaster, etc.); it’s the processing equipment for processing the surface of paper, film, cloth and so on. The working principle is coating organic compound evenly to the roll material, dry the solvent through the oven, cooling and rewinding, and then get the finished coating products. (Or laminate with another material, and get the laminating products).
    The drive system adopts AC frequency conversion timing system which is made of imported inverter. Furthermore, the equipment collocates with counting automatically, speed-displaying and autocontrolling the oven temperature; the tension is controlled manually/automatically. The machine is used widely in the field of curatorial plaster factory and packing factory.
    This machine can design the special width (250mm, 500mm, 800mm…..) and oven length (1m, 4m, 8m….) according to the user’s demands.
